Anne Frotté joined Julien-Jeulin & Associés in 2025. Prior to this she worked with Fidal (1997-2024). She mainly advises on acquisitions and private equity transactions. She also advises French and international clients on merger, restructuring and equity transactions, as well as on all of their company law matters.
