These General Conditions of Use are designed to govern the use of the Site and its Services by any person browsing the Site (hereinafter the “User”).

This Site aims to showcase law firm Julien-Jeulin Associés, its business activity, teams and latest news regarding its specialisations. The Site allows the User to subscribe to the firm’s Newsletter, to submit requests for information and to apply for positions within the teams. It also provides a platform to submit draft proposals to Julien-Jeulin & Associés.

 

  1. Conditions for accessing and using the Site

The Site can be accessed via computer, mobile device or tablet.

To browse this Site, the User must read and agree to the GCU in their entirety.

Julien-Jeulin & Associés reserves the right to modify the GCU. The User is requested to consult the GCU each time they log on.

  1. Liability of Julien-Jeulin & Associés

Julien-Jeulin & Associés shall be held harmless, regardless of the circumstances, in the event of:

  • Site update or maintenance;
  • Malfunction or damage to the User’s information systems that may result from the consultation of the Site’s hypertext links;
  • Monetary prejudice and/or losses due to non-compliance with the GCU when using the Site;
  • Indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from use of the Site;
  • More generally, any consequences arising from the User’s breach of the GCU.

These Conditions of Use are governed by French law.

Any disputes that cannot be settled amicably with Julien-Jeulin & Associés will be referred to the competent French courts.
